Customer Service Representatives & Customer Advocates

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As one of our incredible Customer Service Representatives at LogistiCare, you'll assist customers with scheduling appointments and provide information in response to inquiries about our services, which include non-emergency medical transportation ride management. CSR roles are available at all locations listed below. No prior experience required!

Our amazing Customer Advocates schedule, route, and dispatch trips to third-party providers and handles the coordination of pre-scheduled trips to medical facilities. Prior experience in an inbound call center environment required. We're hiring Customer Advocates in Phoenix, AZ; Atlanta, GA; and Austin, TX.

You'll receive paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth! Employees who own a computer and a phone, and have access to high speed internet, may also be eligible to train from home!

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

QUALIFICATIONS  

• High School Diploma/GED or higher

• No prior experience required!

• Excellent communication skills

• A flexible team player

• Adaptability to learn new technology

• Bilingual positions available

 

CUSTOMER ADVOCATE

QUALIFICATIONS  

• High School Diploma/GED or Higher

Minimum 1 to 2 years customer service experience in an inbound call center environment with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred

1 to 2 years of routing, scheduling and/or dispatch experience preferred

Prior in-bound call center experience preferred

Knowledge of transit system a plus

Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and covered services plus

• Excellent Communication Skills
