The KeyBank Team is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Lockport. At KeyBank, you will be part of an engaged team that passionately helps our clients thrive!

Customer Service Representatives receive inbound service calls from consumer clients, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and respond to client needs.

*Virtual Interviews, virtual onboarding and potential work at home opportunities*

Desirable candidates have:  

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer/client services experience 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task 
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving and resolving client issues/concerns 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Computer proficiency (especially Windows programs)
