We're looking for Customer Experience Associates that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Customer Experience Associates will effectively solve customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
